My Approach
My approach is focused on the ability to be truthful without judgement. By providing an honest compassionate space for the client I help them explore the best route through situations. Utilizing various techniques, I encourage the client to become more self aware and make different choices until the desired values and/or goals are attained.
Depending on the circumstances I may focus on cognitive behavioral therapy to help change negative thought patterns and behaviors; Acceptance and Commitment therapy to help with depression and anxiety; Solution Focused Therapy to help identify goals and objectives; Positive Psychology and Narrative Therapy to help shift perspectives which is helpful in relational/social work; among others. I'm happy to discuss your needs and what my approach would be to address certain problem areas.
Session Rates
Individual Session: $175
Couples Session: $185
Family Sessions: $200
*TeleHealth is also an option that I provide through a HIPPA compliant program SimplePractice

Payments are due at the time of each session. I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
